About Us
We specialize in Labrador Retrievers.
We own and breed Labs and have been doing so for over 10 years. We have three breeding adults and two retired older adults. We breed yellow labs with color variations from dark cedar red to very light cream almost white. We proudly breed Berry our stud with our two gorgeous female sisters Chloe and Dixie. They usually have their litters at the same time so we can have as many as 21 puppies at once or more. We breed for family pets and companions that are friendly and outgoing. Our puppies are suitable for anything from the show ring to the duck blind and everything in between.

Hi we are Jody and Andy Olson and welcome to our Kennels website. We have opened this business with our hearts and the hope that we can give people in Port Alberni and surrounding areas a safe comfortable place for their dogs to stay, be it for a half day of daycare or weeks while you travel the globe. We are happy to be able to offer this service in a location within minutes of all of Port Alberni. We are located just across the Somass River behind the old airport. We have deep roots in the community with Jody being a third generation Port Alberni family and Andy working as the fisheries manager for Tseshaht First Nation.
Care and comfort matter to us as much as it matters to you and your pets. That's why we have invested in heated floors and quality stall mats to make your dogs suite more comfortable. There is a very large play area and run for dogs to enjoy a romp together with the pack or separately for our shy friends. We also live in an area with multitudes of trails for walks away from busy roads if that's what your dog prefers. When you’re away, we don’t want you to have the slightest worry – though we’re sure your treasured companions will stay in your thoughts.
